The location is close to fortress wall, about 15 minute walk to the palace grounds or 25 min to yeonmudae post where trolley and martial arts performance are held.

- • Filthy rooms full of black mold and fungus. Stained walls, sheets, trash under bed and fridge. No laundry facilities as advertised. No English. The furniture broken, towel rack ripped off bathroom wall. I was promised a great city view or Fortress view but was given the 2nd floor facing backside of neighbors house and some parking.

- • - Noisy - Either too cold or too hot. Climate could not be adjusted - During peak times, it is almost impossible to reach the hotel by car, Large traffic jams around the hotel
