Stayed 3 days in different appointments but two were very good and the 3rd one was very bad
The apartment provided, 506, was very bad, AC was not working and other facilities were not provided

Comfortable bed. Clean and fresh. Large apartment. Service-oriented staff.

- • AC did not work in the living room. A lot of hassle with it. Poorly equipped kitchen. No kitchen utensils. Clear requirements to wash dishes yourself but there is no equipment for it. The customer has to provide dishwashing liquid, etc., even if staying for just one night. The rooftop restaurant played very loud music until 23:00 every night, which was clearly heard in the apartment. The breakfast restaurant was messy with a lot of water pipes and other equipment.
A decent place to stay for short-term visits.
Close to Colombo 1-15, restaurants, getting a taxi cab is super easy. Good parking space in the basement. The apartment is spacious. Bedrooms are a decent size, not too small, not too big.

- • Cooking pans are very old, not up to standard. Hand wash liquid was not there but there were small soap packs.
