- • There was confusion about the accommodation. We wanted both rooms close but one was at the end of the hall and the other further down. The one at the end of the hall could not be locked and we had to call for help. They could not make the changes for a lock so moved us - where? to directly across the hall from our room. Why couldn't that have happened in the first place? on our arrival!! It was very frustrating.

- • I asked for lactose free milk and it was not provided. There was a lot of noise during the night- not exactly the hotel’s fault but nobody came to assist with the people talking in the corridor.
