- • Pillows are old, lumpy and uncomfortable, anytime you need anything the staff are helpful but say "5 minutes" which in reality means more than half an hour.

I like the hotel so much! Amr from the front desk was very helpful! They carried our luggage very fast to our rooms. They offered a very nice welcome upon check-in. Amr from the front office was excellent and the whole team helped us. Chef Ramadan and all chefs were nice. Wifi was perfect! Hosny from the F&B department was good

Excellence in a resort
The structure is splendid, every detail is designed to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. The buffet restaurant offers a wide choice of multi-ethnic cuisines, I found the food good and of high quality. Fresh juices, all kinds of fruit, and creativity for every taste. For those staying many nights, it is also excellent to choose and book the à la carte restaurants (which are still part of the all-inclusive package) to give a twist to both the dishes and the experience of the stay itself. I have been to Sharm for many years and have tried many hotels and as always, beyond the structure, I believe the difference is made by the team. From the moment we arrived at the reception, every staff member we met made themselves available to make our experience unique, putting us at ease and giving us the luxury of not having to think about anything, which is what we were looking for in this specific vacation. The hotel overlooks an extraordinary, vibrant, colorful reef. As evidence of this, every day many excursion boats chose to dock nearby to show its wonders. The rooms are splendid, the greenery is well-kept, and there are all kinds of services (gym, paddle court, spa, beauty salon, etc). The entertainment is imaginative and full of surprises, I won't spoil it. In the last two days, I was unlucky to feel unwell and was promptly visited by a doctor and thanks to Carmen, the general manager, I had the opportunity to spend the last hours at the resort with all the help and comfort possible so that my experience would not be ruined by this misfortune, a rare empathy and a customer experience of excellence. Really compliments to all this wonderful staff, a special mention also goes to Hozny and Ahmed from the buffet restaurant, tireless, impeccable, and immensely kind workers, they always found a place for us even in the most chaotic moments.

- • For me, there is only one negative note, but it is associated with my personal taste. The entertainment every single morning at the main pool was sometimes exaggerated, with the music really loud, those looking for relaxation are forced to switch to other options (fortunately the hotel has many other smaller pools or the beach can accommodate many people). It was nice to enjoy it one morning, but after a few hours, the earache and headache started to kick in 🤣
