Luxury service, relaxing spa.
Everybody’s extremely nice and attentive, the staff knows what you need before you even know it. The food at the main restaurant was very good, they cook fish and meat in front of you at lunch and dinner, and a breakfast where they cook the eggs as you wanted, which I find super delicious and such a good service. When I was at the pool, Khaled was always making me fresh fruit juices and keeping me hydrated with cold water every couple of hours; it was delightful and felt like I was pampered. My masseuse Reda at the spa was fantastic. She gave me the best massages every day, and we also did some anti-cellulite and lymphatic drainage massages that were incredible. I’ve never had such a good experience in London where I live.

- • The shopping area doesn’t have prices for items, you need to negotiate, which is very fun, but you never know the real price of things.
Took a Bush suite with a pool entrance. Beautiful but dangerous for children.

Well-kept hotel with friendly staff and a great house reef, but too loud for us.
Attentive, friendly but unobtrusive staff. High-quality food in both the buffet and à la carte restaurants. Spacious rooms. The airport is close, but you rarely hear anything. Great house reef.

- • Due to the animation program and continuous, omnipresent music, it was too loud for us. When we mentioned to the hotel that we preferred it a bit quieter, they offered us a room change. However, various events also took place on the following evenings in front of our balcony. At least they tried and told us that the hotel management was working on a concept to create quieter areas. We would have appreciated a quiet spot. If you don't like silence, you will be fine here as we have nothing else to complain about.
Very clean and well-maintained structure. Excellent food. Very comfortable beach and pool loungers. Hassan is number one on the beach, always ready to listen to your every need. Abram on the beach is also a golden person. All 5 restaurants are a must-try.

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Remal Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the pools and private beach were outstanding. The location is perfect, especially for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts, thanks to the stunning coral reef nearby. A special thanks goes to the pool team, especially Mohamed, the lifeguard, and Abdullah, the pool attendant, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their positive attitude and excellent service made our vacation even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Sharm El Sheikh! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1) Private sandy beach and calm, clean sea 2) Availability and kindness of all staff 3) Good internal resort restaurants but exceptional Greek restaurant YADES 4) Convenient jetty to reach the coral reef 5) Different entertainment every evening, music ended at 11 pm sharp 6) 80 percent of guests are Russian, very few Italians 7) The resort is 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Soho Square.

- • 1) The service at the Italian restaurant BASILICO is very slow. It took an hour to bring us the orders, all together!!! Bad. 2) The quality of alcoholic beverages is really low. Only Heineken beer is decent. Honestly, I expect much better from a 5-star. 3) This idea that one dollar is equal to one euro is a scam, but you can't do anything about it and you adapt.
