The hotel is compact and classy! The room is clean, all amenities are available. The mattress is even, two pillows (one high, the other low). The food is delicious and diverse. The staff is friendly. There are plenty of sunbeds, both at the pool, on the beach, and on the pier - a huge plus

- • What we missed at a hotel of this level was that in the bathroom, the amenities were only hand soap and a single-use shower gel! At this standard, there could be more toiletries!
I regretted that I stayed in this hotel for only a few days, will definitely come back again! ♥️
We were welcomed with complimentary wine, fruits, and sweets 😍. Excellent diverse menu, live music in the evenings, great spa center, best massage, very clean room, snow-white bed linen, responsive staff! Bartender Ramazan 😍🔥!

For a 5-star hotel (at this price level), more should be done for the hotel again.
Smaller, quiet adult hotel. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and helpful in all areas. A reason for us to come here for several years.

- • It's time to start thinking about a renovation (laminate in the rooms is coming off, faucets are calcified, rooms look a bit worn out. The private beach area is neglected. All sunbeds are very slanted, wooden walkways are broken and wobbly. The evening entertainment is boring and loud. The sound quality of the sports animation is very poor and too loud.
Perfect stay, perfect hotel, perfect food, but music and schedules need to be reviewed.
So, the stay was perfect: spacious rooms, equipped with everything you need, clean, with a unique and interesting lighting system, a comfortable balcony with a sea view. But above all, the meal was exceptional. I did the all-inclusive version. The quality and variety of food were extraordinary. Services, such as the spa and fantastic massages, especially Maryam for exceptional massages.

- • So, the things that should be improved are: The pool closes at 6, which is very early in the summer. There should be the possibility to stay at the pool for over an hour. People are practically invited to leave because the staff starts closing all umbrellas and the area. The other really annoying thing is that the music, even in the evening, is very loud, like a nightclub, which can also be heard from the rooms, and every day, at least in the summer, there is a very loud water gym activity. The speakers are of very low quality. The girl leading the activities screams all the time. For half an hour, in a very important phase for relaxation, people are not fully able to perceive the music with headphones, no matter how loud the music and voice are outside. Water gym should only be done if you have two pools available, not just one.
