Very nice 4 nights - although the rooms are somewhat old-fashioned and overpriced

- • Price-performance ratio seems a bit too high from my point of view! Reception staff speak ZERO ENGLISH!! YOU NEED INTERNET AND GOOGLE TRANSLATOR!!! Rooms are a bit outdated and worn out! Breakfast buffet is rich, but more Asian! Atmosphere during breakfast is loud and hectic, as an estimated 95% of guests are Chinese!
Everything is good, I will return to this hotel again.
The breakfast is quite acceptable. The staff is very attentive! They called a car, escorted with an umbrella, quickly and clearly resolved all issues with the help of a translator. The area is also nice, with eateries nearby, 5 minutes to huge shopping centers, subway. Suitable for every taste and budget.

Close to major landmarks such as Dalian Station and Zhongshan Square, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There is also an aieat mart nearby. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

- • I was a little surprised by the early cleaning time in the morning. I hadn't locked the door after breakfast, and they entered the room at 8:30.
Poor hotel service. Unfriendly staff.
The price is cheap. It's a hotel of this standard at a cheap price due to its good location for sightseeing. The breakfast is at the level of a budget hotel.

- • The refrigerator was not cool enough, and when I inquired at the front desk on the 1st floor, they said our hotel is like that, and when I asked for some ice, they said our hotel does not provide that... Very unfriendly, outdated facilities, and they even said they would take a picture during check-in. When I asked why, they said it was their police directive (even though I have traveled on business and vacation to China a lot, it was the first time I encountered a hotel that takes pictures).
The very courteous staff. Walking distance to Russian Street, the train station, and the metro.

Comfortable stay in a very nice hotel for a reasonable price.
Not sure if there was some problem with the booking through Booking.com, but to their credit, they upgraded us to a much bigger, better room. Nevertheless, it was good value for money in a very nice hotel. Location is good, close to Dalian Train station.
