Very nice 4 nights - although slightly old-fashioned rooms and overpriced

Everything is good, I will return to this hotel.
Breakfast is quite acceptable. The staff is very attentive! They called a car, escorted with an umbrella, quickly and clearly resolved all issues with the help of a translator. The area is also good, with eateries nearby, 5 minutes to huge shopping centers, subway. Suitable for every taste and budget.

Close to major points such as Dalian Station and Zhongshan Square, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There is also an aieat mart nearby. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

- • I was a little surprised by the early cleaning time in the morning. I had not locked the door after breakfast, but they entered the room at 8:30.
Poor hotel service. Unfriendly staff.
The price is cheap. It is a hotel of this standard at a cheap price, with good access to tourist attractions. The breakfast is at the level of a cheap hotel.

- • The refrigerator was not cool enough, and when I inquired at the front desk on the 1st floor, they said that our hotel is like that and refused to provide ice. Very unfriendly staff, outdated facilities, and they wanted to take a photo during check-in. When asked why, they said it was their hotel's police directive (even though I have traveled on business and vacation in China a lot, it was the first time I encountered a hotel that takes photos).
The very courteous staff. Within walking distance to Russian Street, the train station, and the metro.

Comfortable stay in a very nice hotel for a reasonable price.
Not sure if there was some problem with the booking through Booking.com, but to their credit, they upgraded us to a much bigger, better room. Nevertheless, it was good value for money in a very nice hotel. Location is good, close to Dalian Train station.
