Wonderful staff but lacking in the basic requirements for a good night's sleep.
The staff were wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. A real credit to the hotel.

- • Our room was adjacent to the lift, and overlooking the bar/restaurant so was incredibly noisy. We’d booked for a night due to an early flight the following day but the constant noise meant that getting any rest was difficult. The room itself was superficial style over practicalities. A glass swing door into the bathroom meant no privacy and light disturbance during the night.
Great location … staff were very accommodating … happy to recommend a stay here to others

Luxury accommodation taken to another level
When they say Boutique they truly meet this brief. Very personal experience with the room being serviced sometimes twice a day. Breakfast is all made to order so you are not having to deal with a Buffet style menu. The restaurant was also amazing with fantastic presentation but full of flavor. Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make your stay special. If you needed a benchmark then this is it

- • I got the last floor room which is a bit attic low ceiling style. I'm not sure it fits the 5* style.
I feel I have commented more on the negatives but it was a great stay and would stay again
From arrival, the staff were great and attentive all through the stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The food was great. Very well located to get around central Palma.

- • Now I am nitpicking and these are observations rather than areas we didn't like - the rooftop terrace was small and had to be booked. We were aware and booked it and had no issues. If you like cereal for breakfast, you would be disappointed but there was a wide choice of other excellent food options. The spa was small, had a sauna and a plunge whirlpool and a treatment table. External staff to the hotel provided the massages - they were good just not hotel staff.
Very pleasant stay. Central location but the last few minutes walk to the hotel is a bit uphill

The restaurant staff was also very polite and helpful ensuring we received an early breakfast on the day we were leaving as we had an early morning flight to catch. All in all a pleasant experience although we felt it was a bit overpriced.
