- • DO NOT STAY!! The bathroom of the room we stayed in smelled strongly of sewage. The whole room would stink if the bathroom door was left open. The reception staff were notified and were helpful. On the second day, we notified the staff again and were moved to another room. That night whilst on the bed, I noticed bed bugs, droppings and dead bed bugs on all 3 beds in the room. In the morning I notified the staff of this and changed hotels. Since leaving, they are refusing to take accountability for their infestation and state the whole hotel has been inspected within 2 hours of us leaving (not enough time) and have not sent me the report. They state we brought the bed bugs, this is a lie as the whole room was infested with evidence of bugs being there for a while!!! We have not been issued a refund or any compensation.

Accommodation hidden in the heart of Oaxaca
The service and attitude of the staff was extraordinary. I highly recommend it. The suite had two rooms that gave privacy to the members of my family and the rooftop offered a very pleasant space where we could go into the pool at night.

Perfectly located 2 steps from the zocalo, we had an excellent week with family (3 generations); The view from the rooftop is fantastic and the breakfast served there is absolutely delicious, thank you Marilu! The children enjoyed the pool at the end of the day after excursions, museums, shopping...The apartment (very clean!) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, was perfect for our family. The young ones were able to go out at night and enjoy the festive atmosphere...A wonderful immersive stay in the rich and colorful culture of Oaxaca.

Very well located to visit the city on foot. Comfortable family room. Good breakfast on the terrace. Refreshing pool on the terrace with a very nice view.

Super central (next to the market of 20 de Noviembre). Very attentive staff. The rooftop with a pool is very pleasant. Ideal for groups/families.

I liked the hotel. The downside is the smell in the bathroom. It smells very bad like rotten water.
Very nice property. Somewhat confusing because from the outside it doesn't look like a hotel, it's above some shops. But inside it's very beautiful.
