Perfect location. The staff led by Ms Macarina was extremely helpful and fantastic. The breakfast on the roof top was delicious and served beautifully by the team. Very quiet inside despite on a busy street. The view from the rooftop terrace is really great and we could even see a near complete Lunar eclipse while we were there. Overall an excellent experience.

The staff is fantastic, especially Andrea helped us a lot with everything, we had some small problems unrelated to the hotel that she solved for us, the hotel facilities are excellent, the pool, the rooms, cleanliness, A/C, great variety in breakfast

The location is central even though it is not in the most charming part of the center. Good breakfast. The staff was very kind and always helpful, even with luggage.

- • The rooms practically have no windows, as the ones present are blocked. The rooftop pool is very small. The view from the terrace seems very beautiful but in reality, there is a sheet metal that ruins everything. The rooms are not well soundproofed, and we were awakened by early morning noises of children in the pool even though we were two floors below. The rooms' furniture is very basic.
Will stay again the next time we visit!

The staff were incredibly kind and gracious, and I want to acknowledge how helpful they were when we explained that we would not be staying. Unfortunately, the property itself was very different from what we expected based on the listing. The location is on an extremely busy and noisy street. The entrance is difficult to find, tucked between two loud retail stores playing music, with no signage indicating that it is a hotel. We had to ring a bell to be let in. Once inside, there isn't really a lobby, just a small desk and chair, and this is the only entrance and exit. It did not feel like a traditional hotel experience. Our room was large, with a sitting area and two separate sleeping areas, but it had no exterior window and essentially no natural light at all. The bathroom was very hot and humid and had a strong sewage smell. The rooftop pool was also disappointing. It is surrounded by chain-link fencing, and the street noise was incredibly loud even from the roof. It was not the relaxing environment we had expected from the photos and description. Ultimately, we decided immediately that we couldn't stay and booked another hotel, despite having already paid for this one. Again, the staff could not have been nicer or more professional about our decision, but the property and overall experience were simply not what we were expecting.
