Amazing views in Granada
The host Isa was amazing. She's very attentive to your needs, checks in with you to see if you're comfortable and gives recommendations for restaurants and activities. The views from the outdoor patio are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Granada. Perfect location.

- • There are a few steps when you get off the elevator into the flat and to the bedrooms, that might not be ideal if you are a senior citizen.
Clean and convenient to move.

- • We had arrived after a long journey, and the reason we booked a place with a kitchen was so we could cook our own meals; however, the stove was broken. They kept us waiting for three hours, claiming they were preparing the unit, so we could neither eat nor go out. After three hours, they discovered the issue was just a tripped circuit breaker; they simply flipped the switch, and it worked—meaning they had kept us waiting for nothing. Furthermore, the cleanliness was appalling; there were long strands of women's hair in the towels, and men's hair in the bed and on the pillows. There was animal fur on the floors; the cleaning was truly substandard. The kitchen supplies were also dirty; they had left us the wet sponge and cloth used by the previous guest. To make matters worse, they told us, "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else"—hardly the sort of thing to say at the last minute—and then they cancelled our reservation. Afterward, they messaged us on WhatsApp asking us to make the payment online again; we wasted time dealing with a multitude of such hassles right in the middle of our vacation.
The house was clean and had enough equipment for a short stay. We did not encounter any problems during check-in and check-out. In terms of value for money, I recommend it. It is only about 1 km away from the city center, and if you do not use public transportation, the return after a tiring day can be a bit sad. We did not need any additional help, but the host made us feel that she was ready to help and reachable at any time. Thank you.

The most amazing location to reach everything and everywhere in Granada. The apartment is right in the heart of a great area.
Fantastic location and first-class communication from the host at all times. A complete home from home. Everything required for a perfectly comfortable and relaxing stay. Amazing air con too! It’s so bright and so spacious. The shower is powerful, bed comfortable and the TV works perfectly - great for early morning news catch up. Loads of lovely fluffy white towels and a very thoughtful welcome pack of tea, coffee, snacks, and water for arrival.
