Meraviglioso personale e un posto incantevole dove soggiornare
Il personale è stato eccezionale - non solo cordiale e gentile, ma veramente attento e disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il cortile tranquillo vicino al lago. Anche la vista dal terrazzo era molto bella. La struttura dispone anche di una cucina in comune molto piacevole e ben attrezzata. Ci tornerei volentieri.

- • L'unica cosa che ci preoccupava era il colore insolito dell'acqua nel bagno. Sembrava piuttosto sporco a volte, quindi è qualcosa che l'hotel dovrebbe probabilmente verificare.
Fantastic location, services can be improved
The room was beautiful, very spacious, and had a beautiful view directly over the lake, just a few minutes walk from the center of Hallstatt. The terrace was beautiful with a magnificent view. The property also has a very convenient parking for those arriving by car and a garden with sun loungers right by the lake.

- • I found that for the significant cost, the value for money ratio is not satisfactory and the services are lacking. Simply put, for such a high cost per night, even though breakfast or dinner are not included, small gestures like offering fresh fruit in the kitchen area would have been enough, while everything is entirely at the guests' expense, only coffee is free. Guests have to shop and cook everything themselves, there is not even oil in the kitchen. Or, for example, since they rightly say that tap water is safe and can be drunk safely, they could offer water bottles. There is also no minibar in the rooms.

Beautiful place by the water with its own garden and steps to go into the water. Good place to explore the surroundings. Stunning view from spacious balcony

Fondamentalmente tutto! La posizione era perfetta, con il terrazzo che si affaccia sul lago ma rimanendo lontano dalle zone più affollate visitate dai tour. Il caffè gratuito, l'area dispensa e tutti gli utensili da cucina rendono così comodo cucinare e preparare la colazione da soli. Posizione molto comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus.

Abbiamo amato la posizione, la camera era spaziosa e molto confortevole! Bagno pulito e molto tranquillo e privato. L'area caffè e tè è molto piacevole e coccolosa e il personale era disponibile e gentile.
