- • The window only has one part of glass, not allowing for total soundproofing. The hotel is close to a very busy avenue and the noise from cars, ambulances, etc., is very bothersome. The reception and housekeeping phones do not answer. Yesterday I needed a hairdryer, I called the reception without success! Today I just arrived, the bathroom is flooded, I called housekeeping and they also did not answer!

- • Parking - difficult to maneuver and the reception does not inform when there is no space, no access control to the parking area - terrible. The fire device fixed on the wall blinks the light all the time, very annoying.

- • Wi-Fi without internet signal in the room. Pillows are too high and hard. Surroundings have no shops and many homeless people
