The whole hotel is amazing. The staff were so lovely and kind and we felt very comfortable at the Steigenberger. The rooms are nice and clean and we had fantastic room. It was my birthday during the trip and I got a surprise cake which was very sweet!

High quality services in a pleasant environment with a wonderful setting on the Nile.
The view was spectacular, and the housekeeping services were exceptional. The staff was very accommodating, including the front desk and reception staff, security and housekeeping services.
