Big disappointment
Very pleasant welcome by the staff upon arrival, help with luggage and car parking. Standard check-in. Breakfast usual average, often no one to tell you the room number at the entrance, no one seats you. Excellent location right in the city center. Room cleanliness, very good housekeeping. Parking.

- • The Grand Deluxe room offered a view of an unsightly courtyard. The blinds in front of the windows were partially lowered and could not be raised, the controls did not work. It took at least 2 minutes for warm water to start flowing in the hand shower. During showering, there were constant changes in water temperature, from very cold to hot. The overhead shower is covered with limescale. There is no electrical outlet near the bed. The ceiling in the entrance is partially uncovered. It is not possible to reach the reception by internal phone. I let it ring twice for 10 minutes, no one answered. When I personally visited the reception at check-out, the receptionist told me he didn't have time to answer the phone. In response to my comments about the malfunctioning items, he told me to complain in writing. I waited almost an hour for the luggage to be taken, it is impossible to reach anyone. I have visited this hotel several times, but I did not expect such a catastrophic deterioration in services.
