Best stay
I had reserved the most standard room, but I was upgraded. The shower room, bathtub, and toilet were separate, making it very convenient for Japanese people. All the drinks and snacks provided in the room were complimentary. I stayed in Frankfurt on a Sunday when all the shops were closed, so it was nice to have drinks prepared.

- • Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) I chose this hotel expecting a luxury experience, especially given its reputation and price. At check-in I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, but unfortunately the experience quickly went downhill. About four hours after checking in, I realized the air conditioning was not cooling the room properly. Engineering confirmed there was an issue, and reception moved me to another room nearby. Unfortunately, the second room had exactly the same problem. When I called reception again, instead of focusing on resolving the issue, I was repeatedly asked why I had moved rooms and why I hadn’t checked the replacement room before moving. I found this frustrating because it is the hotel’s responsibility to ensure a replacement room is functioning properly before asking a guest to relocate. To verify the issue, a hotel staff member and I checked three additional rooms using a thermometer. Every room measured over 23°C, showing that this was not an isolated problem but appeared to affect multiple rooms and floors. By then it was already around 10 p.m. I eventually gave up, requested a fan, and returned to my original room. I never asked for an upgrade—I simply wanted a room with a properly functioning air conditioner so I could get a good night’s sleep before my journey home. The most disappointing part was not just the air conditioning issue, but how the situation was handled. I left feeling that my legitimate concern was being questioned rather than resolved. For a hotel of this standard and price, I expected much better service and a more professional response.

Great house for elegant well-being with great staff in a central top location
Great house with great amenities and comfort, very nice and helpful staff in an excellent central location. Even with the window open, it was surprisingly quiet in my room at night.
