The room is relatively large compared to the city center, the location is close to the city center, and the access is convenient.

- • Failure to provide the originally scheduled two nights of accessible room caused a lot of trouble. The reception promised to arrange it the next day, but in the end, they couldn't do it, which is infuriating 😡
Good experience
The accessible room is located on the ground floor, convenient for access. The reception arranged for family members on the same floor for easy care. The location is convenient, a walk of more than ten minutes to London Paddington Station, and there are bus options. The self-service breakfast is also good.

- • The bathroom in the accessible room is not large enough, inconvenient for wheelchair movement. In addition, access requires the use of a fire escape route, which is less convenient. It would be better to have a formal accessible entrance.

- • What we liked least was the air conditioning. It cannot be turned off from the room; you have to notify reception, but apparently, it automatically turns back on every 4 hours and our room was very, very cold. We had two rooms reserved, and the other one did not feel as cold, maybe it was just a coincidence in ours.

Comfortable hotel but inconvenient location
The space in the room and the amenities. The bathroom was spacious, you got a kitchen, hairdryer, and TV.

Excelente ubicación, muy ordenado y limpio, minimalista y limpio.
Tan limpio y ordenado, con todo lo que necesitarías. Internet rápido, cocina funcional y una cama firme y agradable. Estaba en un viaje de trabajo, así que lo usé como base. Justo encima de un excelente gimnasio, con un excelente café a la vuelta de la esquina y supermercados cercanos.

Pero cuando se detenía, era difícil saber cuál era el problema, y numerosos intentos de reiniciar no funcionaron. Vale la pena mencionar que el personal de Staycity hizo todo lo posible para solucionar el problema y me dieron un reembolso parcial como compensación. Estuve aquí casi tres semanas, por lo que el aire acondicionado era muy importante para mi comodidad.
