Great location, right by the Zwinger. A beautiful view of the Dresdner Zwinger from the rooftop terrace. Just a few minutes to the city center. Always happy to stay in this hotel.

It was ok staff were friendly and it was clean just a few discomforts with the heat.

- • There was no air conditioning and it was very hot. We did get a fan but couldn’t leave the windows open due to noise. Also concerned with all the entrances being not secured during the day.
Very nice, pleasant, warm stay!
We had a studio on the 5th floor facing the Zwinger - very nice view and still quiet. The studio fully corresponds to the photos, is tastefully decorated, has a small fully equipped kitchenette - very valuable if you want to be somewhat independent. The beds were very comfortable. We had ordered breakfast, which was offered in buffet form on the 6th floor in the bar with a beautiful rooftop terrace - breakfast was very fresh, very tasty, with a wide selection!

- • We were in Dresden during the hottest time of the year (41°C), without air conditioning it was not quite as pleasant (as at home 😉). The bathroom is a bit small for 2 people, but nice. Unfortunately, the ventilation is a bit weak.
Dresden with more peace again and again.
Our apartment was very nicely and modernly furnished. The location is ideal for exploring the city and very central. The great rooftop terrace with the Felix Bar and the sensational view was the highlight of the hotel for us.

- • Unfortunately, the hotel does not have air-conditioned rooms. The provided fan was unfortunately not sufficient at 38 degrees outside temperature. Under the hotel, there is unfortunately a bar and several restaurants that are not interested in bedtime. Little sleep in 4 nights and heat. The breakfast was good, but there was room for improvement. The price for the underground parking of 35 euros per day is completely excessive.
