Comfortable stay
The room was very clean and housekeeping came daily to clean. I love how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The bed was sooo comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

Great room setup and very convenient for working remotely also whilst being local to Galleria and central Houston

- • Room cleaning does not happen at weekends. When reception was challenged with this they told me that they only clean check in and check out on Saturdays and Sundays, no room refresh on those days.

Great value in top location. Staybridge suites in Galleria has the perfect location for business activities in the area at a reasonable price and excellent facilities. Very clean and comfortable and they do the basics well with exceptional staff and cleanliness. The small kitchen was functional with separate living room

- • The free WiFi for guests did seem a little slow at times and I had to log in multiple times - I assume if you are a IHG member it wouldn’t be better

- • Stayed here last weekend and honestly thought everything was fine—until I checked my bank account. That’s when I saw they charged my card FOUR extra times, totaling almost $950 in overcharges. Not once, not twice, not three times… FOUR. Now I’m stuck dealing with the stress of trying to get MY money back. I’ve sent multiple emails and still haven’t gotten my refund or any real help fixing this. The stay itself was decent, but none of that matters when your account gets hit like this afterward. Be very careful giving this place your debit card or personal information because if something goes wrong, don’t expect a quick resolution. Completely unacceptable.
