- • - very old bathroom - all sheets stained - difficult to get a Grab or Gojek - only instant noodles and coffee available for sale on-site - not possible to have food delivered - no bar or lounge as described - staff members do not speak English

- • I traveled with my children and checked out about an hour after checking in because the room was in an unacceptable condition. The room smelled very musty, there was mold present, dust everywhere, and cobwebs hanging. The toilet was yellow and very dirty. The pillows also smelled musty and were yellowed. The hygiene was so poor that I could not let my children sleep there and found it irresponsible to stay in that room. I reported this immediately to the reception, stating that the room was filthy and that's why I was checking out. The only response I got was: "Sorry." No other room was offered, and no other solution was provided. Due to the poor condition of the room, I had to book another hotel last minute, causing a lot of stress and extra costs.
A hidden gem with exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The swimming pool was relaxing, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the traditional Balinese design made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy a quiet vacation.

- • Honestly, there wasn’t much to complain about. Everything was well organized and comfortable. If I had to mention one thing, the Wi-Fi could be a little stronger in some areas, but it didn’t affect my overall experience.
Kitchen could be renovated and KEPT CLEAN. And please bring back the hot water machine
