Hostel very secure with magnetic card at the entrance of the hostel, then on each floor, then in each room. Ideal location for me as it is near Wien Hbf, but otherwise the subway is right next door and the city center is 3 stops away. The facilities are quite decent, toilets + bathroom inside the room, lockers under the beds but without provided padlocks. Generally quite clean, no noise (the hostel displays requests for silence everywhere)

- • Check-in was a bit slow because there was only one person at the reception. It didn't bother me, but the reception area being small, it feels a bit disorganized.

- • Every little thing is chargeable. Considering it's a hostel, the rooms are pricey. On top of that, they charge 5 euros if you want to keep your luggage in the locker room, one euro for a towel, etc. The staff at the reception were rude.
Location was very good and I liked that breakfast was included. There was also almond milk for coffee! The shared room had a small table with two chairs and a window that could be opened.

- • I had the top bunk and when the light came on in the middle of the night, it shone over the curtain into my face. This woke me up. Also, this was the most expensive hostel of my trip.
