No opportunity to enjoy the hotel
It was a gift for my son and partner but that day was the earthquake and they could hardly enjoy the hotel. The staff was very attentive. They should give them a day pass so they can really get to know and enjoy it.

It's great for vacations or rest.
All areas are pleasant, the staff is very attentive in general.

👎 Disliked
- • The service in all areas is very slow and there is a lack of staff in several of them. For example: in the entire lobby (café, pool, bar) there were one or two people attending everything.
Terrible experience and they lied to me about my payment! Super horrible experience and the price is expensive! I hope so
Nothing! Terrible services!! And the staff super rude!
