Beautiful room and excellent staff and location
Returned after one day at the same hotel, we were assigned a large room, with a large and very comfortable bed. Staff always very professional. Excellent location, practically in Plaza de Armas.

- • It seems to be a common practice in Peru if you book with Booking and return to the same hotel: first they assign you a worse room and then upgrade it, knowing that you will write the reviews later.

All the staff was very kind. Really compliments for the professionalism. Room was normal. Great location, next to Plaza de Armas.

- • Small room and bed. We returned after a day and, even though we booked the same type of room, they assigned us a much better one.

The hotel is excellently located, near Plaza Mayor. The staff in the lobby is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and has a bathtub, and the breakfast is more extensive than average.
