- • I always eat the same thing every day. The bed was uncomfortable for me.

- • When we went to the sea, it was always murky despite being cleaned with hay debris every day. It was also wavy. We were not very pleased with the sea.
We would not repeat.
The food at the main restaurant was excellent. Congratulations to the whole team taking care of the food. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed. We liked the entertainment. There are activities for children.

- • We arrived with two-year-old twins, and there was no parking space. We were directed to park at the other two hotels in the complex or at some municipal parking, which is exhausting after a 5-hour journey with small children. We left our luggage in the luggage room without receiving any tags for it. There are no drawers in the rooms. Water is obtained from a filtering machine in the corridor, and a bottle is left in the room, which doesn't even have a cap but is covered with a coaster for a glass. The beach is small with very fine sandy dust. The sun loungers are very close together and are only for guests of the Palace. For the other hotels in the complex, there are sun loungers on sun terraces that are not even on the beach or in a paid area. Although the hotel was full of children (both big and small), there were fireworks almost every night at 10:30. A large part of our stay was spent waiting for elevators. There are 3 elevators, which are extremely insufficient when the hotel is full.
I was very happy with my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. The food was excellent – there was a great variety of dishes, and everything was always fresh and delicious. It’s a great place for a family holiday, especially for families with children. We really enjoyed our stay!

- • The only thing I didn’t like was the parking situation. For such a large hotel with so many rooms, the parking area is simply not big enough. It was often very difficult to find a parking space.

I really liked the all-inclusive service. Huge selection of food, everything was very delicious. Between main meals, there were donuts, pizza, french fries, hamburgers, pretzels, sausages at the pool bars. The room was cleaned daily, with bed linen and towel changes. The rooms with a view of the pool and the sea have a beautiful view and a large terrace. The other side faces the parking lot and the street, with a small balcony. The hotel and the landscaped area are clean and tidy. The pool and aquapark are great. There is a guarded, closed parking lot for 8 euros/day. Animation, exercise, evening programs. Only paper cups and plates are available at the pool bar, fortunately no plastic! 10/10

- • The complex consists of 3 hotels: the Bay, Palace, and Mare. Each has its own parking, restaurant, and pool, with the aquapark being shared. We chose the Palace because it is the only one with free sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. However, the beach is very untidy; although they collect the seaweed and aquatic plants, they do not remove them but throw them on the rocks where they rot and smell bad. It's very ugly...
The food was really great, with lots of different options every time. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The location is exactly as in the pictures, everything clean and organized. The beach was fine and clean!! Lots of activities available. Overall, a very nice experience.

- • It would have been great for the indoor pool to be warmed up; the water was really cold
