Good day. Never left feedback before, but this time I want to. This time we rested here for the fourth time, before booking this hotel, we called a month in advance and asked if we could pay for meals on the spot in a five-star hotel, because it was fully booked on our dates, only a four-star was available, they said yes, no problem, it would be possible, but on the spot they said it was not possible, and we went to two other hotels and asked, we were a little disappointed on the first day, because if we had been informed right away, we would have had another hotel option to go to. But the four-star even surprised us, not much different from the five-star, I will tell you, maybe slightly less choice, but also a lower price, everyone was full, no issues with meals, only the staff did not like this situation! And there was also a situation on the beach, we didn't know before, we always lay down, but this year we found out that the sun loungers on the beach right by the water belong only to the five-star, which is not indicated in the booking for both four-stars, only from the top, going up the stairs, and if you have small children, it will be inconvenient for you to watch them there, because they will not be constantly in sight, but you can immediately lay towels on the beach (which you can exchange for clean ones every day) and be on them, because we also lay down on the sun loungers, after a few minutes a person approached us and said either leave the sun loungers or pay for them, the situation itself was unpleasant, as people immediately look at you, I think maybe when checking in, they should warn at the reception, because then many people also left the beach after such a situation, very dissatisfied. As for the entertainment program, it repeats a lot over the years, we were no longer interested, maybe they should change it more often, but the kids always found the various attractions on the premises interesting. Water park, premises, rooms, as always clean, everything was liked. Maybe we will come back again

Full of entertainment for the whole family
Very nice staff, clean rooms and common areas. Full of entertainment, ideal for families with kids. Kids animators were really caring and nice. Location is good, easy to go to the old town (with sea taxi, bus or taxi). Besides the main restaurant, it is a very good concept to have national "corners" (german, italian, spain, japanese etc.) with national foods and snacks. We go back next year.

- • We selected this hotel due to the offered gluten free option. It was ensured but with difficulties and sometimes I felt that chef was not sure what is good. I hope this will be better and better as time goes.

Absolutely everything! From the staff to all the facilities at our disposal. Our vacation with our 3 year old was amazing!

- • A minor inconvenience, but understandable, was the parking. Due to the limited amount of parking slots.

- • The additional snack offerings between meals actually coincided with the main meals and we could not take advantage of them, given that check-in is after 15:00. The beach by the sea is actually paid and quite narrow. The parking is also paid at 8€ per day, which for a hotel of this scale does not make a good impression on me
The stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations. We recommend it!
Beautiful and freshly renovated room and bathroom, comfortable and very large beds for our family of 4, excellent and varied high-quality meals (we had the opportunity to try shark, sushi, lamb, beef, etc.), nice and friendly service and above all everywhere clean. The beach turned out to be free for those not using a sun lounger and umbrella:))

- • Animal sounds coming from the speaker by the pool (too loud and too frequent) were annoying for us in the long run. Lack of designated special smoking areas.
