- • Room too hot, aircon really poor, entertainment really poor, especially team in the day, looked like some kids from school that been put with some children, very unprofessional, especially for a hotel that caters for families what a miss

- • Too noisy, if you are looking to rest, this is not the right place. We were on the 9th floor and could hear the revelers shouting in the street until 6:00 in the morning 😰
The content for the children is unbeatable. Katmandu house and Splash park are beautiful and very entertaining.

- • The hotel hallways have a slightly musty smell and the bed in our room creaked. There were double wooden doors between the two rooms, not the wall, which makes the soundproofing poor. I suppose it is great for a big family that requires more space so the rooms can be connected, but in our case, it was bad because we heard a very loud family on the other side and couldn't sleep at night. Also, it would be great to have disposable slippers in the room and a toilet brush.

- • Age limits at the park. Not even in the company of older youth could the 10 and 11-year-olds go without an adult.
