It is really nice family hotel, on a good location, near the beach, but in a peaceful and quite part of the Magaluf, with nice food, basic but clean rooms, polite staff and good animators.

- • The system of changing plastic glasses for tokens, awful coffee and cocktails, that are made by machine, from earlier prepared syrup.

- • There are 3 elevators, sometimes you have to wait 15-20 minutes to get down from the 12th floor. Two combined rolling beds set up as a French bed, constantly sliding apart, uncomfortable.

- • When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist Jennifer left us waiting with three small children for 5 hours without food and drink. The rooms are in a catastrophic state for this price, which you pay! They ruined our vacation. I do not recommend such a bad hotel!!

Fast check-in. Nice water pools, good location, friendly staff. Dinner was okay and had good variety

- • Elevators are always busy, parking is usually full and not free (15€ per day). Breakfast and dinner are boring and almost always the same.
