Fantastic 5 stars hotel
Quiet & very clean hotel, confortable room, excellent breakfast and most importantly very polite & kind staff at the reception (I particularly think of Hasna, Basma & Chaimae, they have been always happy to help). Thanks also to Kawtar (guest relations) for her efforts in making all arrangements in place for our special event celebration. I highly recommend the Golden Fish restaurant by the pool, the food there was wonderful.

. الخدمة رائعة، وأكثر ما أعجبني هو الشعور بالراحة في جميع مرافق الفندق؛ منذ لحظة وصولك تشعر وكأنك في مكان مألوف، ولا تحس أنك غريب أو مجرد نزيل. جميع الموظفين ودودون ومتعاونون، وتشعر بأنهم موجودون فعلًا لخدمتك ومساعدتك بكل ما يستطيعون، وهذا انعكس بشكل واضح على جودة التجربة بالكامل. وأحب أن أقدم شكرًا خاصًا للأخ يونس على احترافيته العالية وحسن تعامله، والطريقة المميزة التي تعامل بها مع مختلف التحديات وحرصه على إيجاد الحلول والتأكد من راحتنا. تجربة جميلة جدًا، وفندق يستحق الزيارة والعودة إليه مرة أخرى
