Is definitely worth its 5 stars and offers top-notch service!
The room was a bit dated but very clean and well-maintained. The service is excellent, all staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The location, right next to the main train station, is very central but not particularly beautiful or well-maintained. However, this is not the hotel's fault, the city of Munich should take action.

- • - the spa has a nude sauna area. Kids came into this area screaming and looking around. Kids don’t belong in the nude area. There were also adults walking around in swimwear. Either it’s enforced as a nude area or textile area. But having a mix makes people uncomfortable and ruins the relaxation of the spa - I paid in advance but during check-in and check-out they asked me to pay for the room again and I needed to point out that it’s already paid. - The TV didn’t work - it’s disappointing that a 5* hotel charges you additionally for parking
