Exceptional service at Club Millésime Lounge!
I had a wonderful experience at the Club Millésime Lounge entirely thanks to the incredible team there. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. What truly stood out was their remarkable attention to detail - they anticipated every need and they made my time in the lounge comfortable and highly enjoyable. Thank you to Mayuri, Janvi and Chiraj for making my stay so pleasantI!

Service and Quality
The club millesime service is always at par. The service is top notch and efficient. The atmosphere is good with nice seating layouts.

Comfortable Stay at Sofitel
Stayed at one of my favourite Accor brand. i like the room, amenities, executive lounge. during stay i often had breakfast at their executive lounge. my compliment to Janvi and the Chef Dipak who offered excellent service. just want to give some input that to have more various Asian and International food. I also tried the Gym, it has really good equipment and quite big. thanks to the PT Ravi who trained me and prepared the Jacuzzi though it was too late about 10pm

Had a wonderful experience at Le Bar, Sofitel Mumbai BKC. Kishor provided exceptional service with a warm and professional attitude. The cocktails were perfectly crafted and added to the overall experience. Thank you for the great hospitality .I look forward to visiting again!

Good gym
The firness center is good, with enougj equipment to do basically everything. Imran was very helpful. Showed how things can be dine with the kinesis.

Very good hotel particularly if u have work in BKC area.. friendly staff.. good rooms.. breakfast is great. Special shout out to Imran - physical trainer at the Healthclub . Takes initiative to give u personalized tips .. 5*

The food was great. Hospitality was amazing. Had a wonderful experience. Tanmay and team including Ayush, Sancha, Rebecca, Reply, Mehtab, Dhrumil made my day special by celebrating my birthday with a yumm cake. Thank you Tanmay.

Sofitel BKC: prime location and a fitness team that goes above and beyond
I really love this hotel — the location is excellent, and I make it a point to use the Sofitel fitness center whenever I get the chance. The equipment itself is fairly basic, mainly machines, cables, and dumbbells (no barbell setup), but the trainers more than make up for that gap. Imran is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely curious about your goals, guiding you from the ground up, offering precise cues on form and range of motion. Ravi, and Ameya are alos consistently available and responsive, adapting workouts on the fly based on equipment constraints, a solid understanding of muscle group targeting and movement patterns. Whatever the equipment lacks, the trainers more than compensate for it. Huge shoutout to Imran, Ravi, and Ameya for their dedication and expertise!
