Great stay in the heart of BKC
Very good property with friendly and helpful staff - I was able to get an early check-in AND a late check-out which is unheard of in today's day and age. +ve great rooms with design good location friendly staff good minibar

- • -ve pool could have been a bit bigger no sauna (I think?) - not sure though food is on the pricey side but given its 5-star expected I guess
