- • They refused to provide me an invoice. I made the booking through Booking.com and the hotel refused to give me the invoice because I use Booking. They are required by law because they are the end service provider. This was a business trip and it really caused me some pain. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel were helpful in receiving that invoice. But no one hesitated to take my money
