Amazing experience, friendly staff, excellent facilities. Special shoutout to ENDER who works at the pool bar and looked after us the entire week. Also, to KATHRYN who looked after us at the breakfast table. Highly recommended.

Sofitel - A true Legend
My stay at Sofitel Legend was truly memorable. The property itself is breathtaking — rich with history, beautifully restored, and impressive in every way. But what truly elevated my experience was the staff. The butler team — Rudy, Jeremy, and Alejandro — were warm, attentive, and consistently hospitable. The concierge team was also helpful, and one gentleman in particular (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) stood out for his constant courtesy and thoughtful guidance every time I approached him. I want to give special recognition to Martha, who was welcoming and kind during my very first breakfast at the resort. Her warmth set the tone for the rest of my stay. And most importantly, Luis Carlos was exceptionally kind and thoughtful — the kind of service professional who becomes the standard by which all others are measured. His genuine care left a lasting impression. The doormen were exceptional as well, always ready to guide me whenever I had questions about navigating the area. Their professionalism and friendliness added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. However, my experience at the spa did not match the high level of service I received elsewhere in the hotel. I booked a leg massage, and although the masseuse was kind, she asked me to fully disrobe and then only massaged the backs of my legs. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or a misunderstanding, but the service felt incomplete and uncomfortable. Because of that, I chose to cancel the birthday massage I had scheduled for the next day. I regularly get massages, and I didn’t want to risk starting my birthday with disappointment. Despite the spa experience, the majority of my stay was filled with exceptional hospitality and genuine warmth. Sofitel Legend is a stunning property with a remarkable team, and many of the staff members made my time there truly unforgettable.
