Nice hotel with technical issues
We like the location and our room is big. The square in front of the hotel is very lively in the evening and many choices of the restaurants.

- • The connecting doors from the elevator to our room has technical issue and don’t open automatically. When I first arrived to 2nd floor, it took me almost 5 mins to search for my room. The corridor is dark and the A4 info paper on the door cannot be read so obviously. I was wondering why nobody informed me (guests) at check in for this problem. Secondly, I had to ask the front desk to re-activate two times my key during our one night stay… Don’t know why it could happen…
High-quality hotel, good conditions and very nice and helpful service
Very good location, very comfortable bed (it was a pity to get up), helpful and caring service. The whole stay convinced me to use the services again if I ever be in Brussels

Lovely stay and accessible to key attractions.
The location of the hotel is good as it is a few km from the city center and has several restaurants just across the hotel. It is close to several museums and the lovely Park Leopold. I had the opportunity to check out the European quarters. The best part is I feel it is in a very safe neighborhood. I love the Sunday market on the square with lovely fresh fruits. The hotel has a Neuhaus chocolate store too.

- • The room was good but it was not a 5-star experience. The staff were not good enough for a 5-star hotel. I asked to print something at the hotel and they asked me to pay for it. I asked them questions in the morning and it took them all day to answer. The staff were thoroughly disappointing.
