- • Lack of cleanliness, very poor, very old and unmaintained structure, without going into details. Not up to Sofitel standards, big disappointment, very little availability especially at the concierge desk, whether it's there or not makes no difference. No lunch or dinner service. No comment, definitely not recommended, I think it's only suitable for locals....

- • Pool and spa area look like 3 star hotel, but that is a common thing in China. Breakfast was average, expected more from a 5 star hotel.
Great in quality and access
Hotel very well located for visiting, a few steps from the metro. The hotel is very beautiful and the room clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast, the best of our hotels in China. Pleasant service I recommend... although it is not in the tourist district its location is on the contrary appreciable because it is a few steps from the metro and allows you to see the whole city without too much effort. Furthermore, the quality of service and breakfast is very good which allows you to have a high quality hotel with a good location. For people wishing to visit with very good hotel service then it is ideal! High-end with access to all sites easily even in the evening... we took the metro morning and evening as a family without any problem and the line is the one that allows access to all sites and shopping centers... and quiet!!!
