Front desk Sunny was skilled, the check-in process was simple and efficient, and he could provide detailed answers to inquiries. Brother Li Yanyan was courteous, attentive, and professional, adding a lot of convenience to the journey, highly recommended for business travelers.

- • Overall, I was unfortunately quite disappointed with the experience. I found it very surprising that in a five-star international hotel, the level of English spoken by the staff was extremely limited. There were only one or two staff members with whom I was able to communicate properly, which made even basic requests quite difficult. In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category. In several areas, the hotel did not seem to be properly cleaned, which was disappointing for a five-star property. Another major issue for me was the handling of dietary requirements. I tried to request gluten-free meals in the hotel restaurant, but this could not be properly provided. In my opinion, this is unacceptable nowadays in an international five-star hotel, especially as food allergies and intolerances are common and should be taken seriously. At breakfast, some items were labelled as gluten-free, but they were clearly not suitable for someone with coeliac disease. For example, sausages and bacon were placed directly on bread, which means they were contaminated with gluten and therefore could not be considered gluten-free. This is a serious issue, as incorrect labelling can create a real health risk for guests with dietary restrictions.
Nice hotel but not good enough for a 5-star.
