- • Parking is inconvenient, bathroom door is broken, shower head has low water pressure. Room facilities are old, and the room is too small for a five-star hotel.
Not Bonjour more like Quelle Horreur
The staff at Sofitel went out of their way to disappoint us. No welcome, no warmth, no solutions, no idea really. Then when we extended our stay to accommodate our new flight, they were less than accommodating. The payment process was on the fritz and of course that was our fault. They rectified eventually after I suggested a solution which they ignored. We were left feeling disrespected, disdained, and deflated. Now let’s talk about the car parking. They charge $30 for a car park which charges $15 a day hmmm. Then there are the weird one-way streets that make it difficult to navigate. So much for the bonjour, it’s more like Quelle Horreur.

- • The breakfast was good, but the variety was not as wide as I expected. It is fairly close to Chinatown, but walking through the side streets at night felt a little unsafe.
