- • Nitpicking at a high level: A toaster would have been nice, a floor lamp next to the sofa as well, there is only one hot plate
The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean, equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable, you have a microwave, an electric stove, kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, TV in both rooms. The apartment is facing the sea, the view from the balcony is beautiful. There is also a discount for Sofi beach, which is lovely, just a 2-minute walk away. Catalin, the owner, was nice to us and made check-in/check-out easy.

- • The air conditioning in the living room doesn't cool the whole apartment, and it gets quite hot in the bedroom. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, so there was always a sewage smell. The noise isolation is non-existent: you can hear doors slamming, neighbors talking, people doing DIY at midnight. Until midnight, there's no way to sleep as you can hear music, bass, cars, motorcycles, everything.

A modern, clean, spacious apartment with a fantastic view. I recommend it.

Perfect stay for families! We had a very pleasant experience at Sofi Residence. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms – perfect for a family. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We felt very good and will definitely return! Highly recommended! 🌊☀️
