Excellent stay
The hotel is very good! Clean, organized, very spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good bed. They promptly gave us more blankets when we asked for fear of getting too cold. Very well located, has everything on the hotel street. The cost-benefit is excellent. Our itinerary was very tight and we wanted a place to rest well, without luxuries and with a good breakfast. And it delivered all that.

- • Unfortunately, we had several problems during the stay. The bed was uncomfortable, the blankets had an unpleasant odor, and when we arrived in the room, there was a very strong smell of chlorine. In the bathroom, the water did not heat enough for a comfortable shower, there was a column near the shower that was quite disturbing, and after two days, a strong sewage smell started. We informed the cleaning service and were informed that other complaints had already been made about the problem. We also had difficulty with reception communication. We asked about a heater in the room and were informed that there wasn't one, but later we found out that the air conditioning had a hot function. In addition, the air conditioning was very noisy and had an unpleasant odor, indicating a lack of cleaning/maintenance. We chose the hotel for the reasonable rating on the app, but the actual experience was very different from what was expected.

The location, close to snack bars, bus stops, restaurants, and local shops. The service of the staff, cleanliness, organization, the kindness of having offered the airport transfer to the hotel, which, in my perception, captivates the guest quite a lot.

- • About the receptionist who was there on the check-in day. The guy was (or seemed) unfriendly. The other receptionists were great.
