- • Room was smelling like sweat and the shower wasn't clean. I received the check in information around midnight after I checked in.
All great. Clean and nice place. There us no on-site parking, but you can use it to drop off the bags and later you park

- • No on-site parking, you can park on the street, near down the road. The novelty of staying on the steepest street in the southern hemisphere isn't very practical. Driving up and down was an experience and there's no bars or restaurants within close walking distance, although there is a dairy at the bottom of the street.
Great experience to stay on the steeped street in the world! Our family love having this to take back home and tell our family and friends about! Place was neat and tidy bordering on quirky but it did the job for us! Host was responsive and available to allow us to check in 1hr early so Thankyou for that!

- • The view from the balcony is bad because the property have many trees that cover the view, the room was a little bit smelly, you can’t park on the property, the stove is outside, from the room you can listen the people walking on the second floor. The tv is too small and it is not a smart tv.
Cozy Room on Dunedin’s Famous Street
The location is excellent! There is a lovely patio with everything you need for a BBQ and outdoor cooking. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cookware, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The room was very cozy, with a comfortable bed and clean bed linen. The host was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and liked the house very much.

- • Unfortunately, the kitchen had been left untidy by previous guests. There was a large pile of dirty dishes filling the sink and rubbish left behind, and it wasn’t cleaned up during our two-night stay. The shared bathroom and toilet also could have been cleaned more thoroughly after the previous guests. The property is a little far from the city centre, but this wasn’t an issue for us as we had a car.
