- • The beds were super hard and very tiny rooms the bathrooms were the biggest disappointment we had a sliding door the bathrm and it was hard to open and close.
Overall we were pleased.
We liked that breakfast was different daily. The location was great and close to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The check in was great, our room was cleaned and kept up. The beds were comfortable, along with the pillows.

- • The daytime front desk attendant is unfriendly; she seems to dislike her job and appears angry all the time. The person who cleaned our room while we were at the beach apparently took two pairs of pajamas and a pair of shorts that we had left on a chair—we couldn't find them when we returned. This is completely unacceptable. I reported the issue to the afternoon front desk attendant and asked him to file a report and investigate what happened, but he did nothing. After verifying and confirm the loss of the clothing, I reported the problem again the next day to the daytime attendant; instead of apologizing, investigating, or checking the security cameras, she implied that I was making the whole thing up. I showed them photos I had taken before the room was cleaned, but she did nothing. I do not recommend a place like this, where belongings go missing and the staff fails to take responsibility. I got all evidence if is required.
