I have stayed here several times, and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is good, and having a garden to relax in is a bonus.

- • There is nothing not to like. It would be nice to have a key for the front door, to not have to ring the bell to be let in.

A step up from a youth hostel
The hotel was a short walk to the Underground station and was very close to the airport. There was coffee and tea available all the time from the kitchen. The shower was nice and there were large bath towels. I appreciated the variety of yogurt, especially Activa.

- • The room was very hot and the window opened up to a storage room so there was no way to get fresh air. The room had a fan but no A/C. The room was small with no place to put our luggage. We had a skeleton key to open the door to our room. I had a difficult time using it. The coffee at breakfast was instant and I didn't know how much to put into my cup.

- • Takeoffs and landings every 5 minutes are very noisy, impossible to sleep
