Skagen Harbour Hotel: Best address for a carefree stay
The Harbour Hotel is excellent for exploring beautiful Skagen. The house is centrally located, a short walk to the harbor and the town. The staff was very attentive and extremely helpful. We received many good tips for an unforgettable stay. The room was large and clean. Parking was available outdoors or in the underground garage. The breakfast was rich and nicely presented. In the hotel's bakery, you could enjoy a fine cappuccino with the accompanying 'Dolce' after a short walk. For dinner, we recommend the FiskRestaurant at the harbor - this excellent fish restaurant also belongs to the hotel. Excellent food at reasonable prices and very friendly, warm service.

There was a fantastic receptionist who was willing to help me. I booked one of the last available rooms, and it turned out impossible to sleep there due to noise from the street and the shipyard. Also, the beds were of very poor quality. My husband and I didn't sleep at all the first night, so I asked the receptionist if they had another room not facing the shipyard. She was so kind to move us to a very quiet and comfortable apartment where we spent our last two nights in peace. Her understanding and helpfulness definitely made our weekend, which would have otherwise been ruined. Perfect service and very professional!

- • Yes, the rooms facing the shipyard can be difficult to sleep in because the shipyard operates around the clock, and there is incredibly much noise. The beds could also be better...
