We traveled as a family and all the people who welcomed us were super attentive and helpful! The breakfast area is charming, very serene. Breakfast was made with great care and was delicious!

- • The rooms are a bit small, but that didn't interfere much with our stay, as we were out exploring and getting to know the city! They were very clean and cozy!
Everything! Clean hotel, like new, just a 20-minute walk from the historic center. In addition, the staff was very nice and attentive at all times. They even gave us guidance upon arrival on places to visit. Although we were warned that parking on the same street was difficult, we managed to park on the street every day. I would definitely return! Besides how beautiful Sintra is, staying at this place made the experience much more enjoyable.

- • Too small, the door opens inward and besides the bed and 2 nightstands, there is no space to even open a suitcase. The bathroom is windowless and without an extractor fan, in fact, the bathroom door is swollen at the bottom due to the excessive humidity that is not ventilated. Very dangerous stairs with small spiral steps and no elevator, tiring with checked luggage like ours.

- • Difficulty in carrying a large suitcase to the 2nd floor.

- • The staircase had narrow steps and we had 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons because we are on a long trip, and it was difficult to carry them up and down. Also, since the towels were not changed every day, they did not dry inside the room and remained damp.
