- • Check-in was very slow.
Loved the communal areas and location - welcoming luxury.
Loved the location, restaurants really close. Loved the communal areas of the hotel, felt very luxurious but also welcoming to kids. The pool was great and felt comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection.

- • Silly, but you only got a couple of small free bottles of water (you can't drink tap water). This hasn't been the case anywhere else on our month travels - seems unnecessary. The room had a really small window, so it felt a little dark and had no view.
Very professional hotel.

- • I don't like the way Booking separates the buffet cost from the room price. The room price is 2.6 million (including an 11k surcharge), but it doesn't include the buffet. If you want to use the buffet, you have to pay at the hotel. The hotel should work with Booking to avoid confusion for customers. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation when booking a hotel.
