Really great design hotel right in the heart of Hamburg.
Very nice and warm welcome. Very attentive and friendly front office and housekeeping staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room had a great location and impeccable facilities. The hotel is incredibly central, with Jungfernstieg just a 5-minute walk away. Great spa area. In short - would love to come back anytime soon.

Exceptional stay in an extraordinary hotel.
Impressive hotel. Comfortable room amenities. Welcome drink included, there were even higher quality cocktails/long drinks to choose from. Great. Wellness area: Pool large enough to swim a few laps. Staff was very friendly and helpful, as I was personally escorted from the upper floor to the wellness area when the elevator was out of service. Excellent service!

- • I would have liked the option of a privacy screen between the bathroom/toilet and the living area. While showering, the view from the living area was unavoidable.
