Easy to parking.

I was disappointed with the breakfast considering the price, but everything else was excellent.

It was nice that the restaurant was in a different building from the buffet.

There was no standard for amenities; shampoo and lotion were located in the bathroom, and lotion and hand wash were at the sink. I requested body wash and conditioner, but they did not bring it for 20 minutes. After calling again, I received it. On the second day, the conditioner was missing again. Lotion, shampoo, and body wash were provided in the bathroom, and lotion and hand wash were provided at the sink. The conditioner was missing again. It seems that there is no standard for each cleaner. Also, most amenities were empty at check-in and were not refilled. I understand that they may not refill during consecutive stays, but they should have been filled on the first day of check-in. The room was spacious, clean, and had a good ocean view.

The room condition is good as it is a newly built accommodation. It was clean and nice. However, there were insufficient signs for guidance within buildings A and B of the residence, which made it difficult to find the way.

Oops!!

The shower drain was not cleaned, causing the water to not drain properly and even overflow during the shower. One of the complimentary water bottles was provided in the refrigerator along with a bottle that someone had partially consumed.

Shilla Monogram Gangneung Residence

I made a Pine View reservation and visited. I was a bit worried because there were no reviews for the room I reserved, but I was thankful to be upgraded to an ocean view at check-in. The actual ocean view was very beautiful, and the view was great, so I was very satisfied. There were reviews that check-in took a long time, but it was not crowded when I arrived, and the check-in time was short. Overall, I had a high level of satisfaction and was able to enjoy a pleasant trip.

Enjoyable trip

Consists of a hotel and residence. Everything was satisfactory in this clean and luxurious new hotel. It would have been nice to have a sky lounge like Kasia in Sokcho. I did not use the breakfast service, so I do not know. Convenient parking. I arrived 30 minutes early for a 3 o'clock check-in, and they kindly proceeded with the check-in. There is a room for aerobic and strength training, but it is a bit small. Half of the trip is said to be a good accommodation. It was close to the beach, quiet, had a good view, and was a very comfortable and happy trip.
