Spacious, very clean rooms with a view over all of Surabaya. We booked the club access, which was very worth it! The shopping center right by the hotel offers everything. Extremely friendly and courteous staff throughout the hotel but especially in the club.

- • The pool area is very spacious, but in some places, it could use a fresh-up.
Friendly staff
Location was very convenient, you can walk straight into Tunjungan Plaza from the hotel. We made use of the tennis and basketball court outside, it was a lot of fun. The breakfast was the best! A lot of different choices and a lot of staff who will friendly serve you tea, coffee or fresh juice. They even asked if we had a special request for the breakfast for the upcoming morning :) Loved it!
