- • I found the breakfast to be poor in comparison to other hotels in the country.
The service was ruined by the chef's behavior
Unfortunately, our experience at this establishment left us with a very negative impression. I would like to specifically highlight the chef's behavior. In front of guests, she yelled at the staff and spoke rudely to them. It was extremely uncomfortable to watch. This attitude towards the staff creates a tense atmosphere and is completely inconsistent with the standard of an establishment that respects its guests and employees. The service also left much to be desired. Instead of a pleasant experience, we witnessed conflicts and rude behavior from the kitchen management. I sincerely hope that management will pay attention to this situation and take action, as this type of behavior is unacceptable.

Four weeks of excellent service has been my experience at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv. Lounge personnel Adan, Elena, Mary Ann, Grace, Mana, and Zanaida have gone above and beyond in their attentiveness and level of service. The same holds true for the breakfast crew including Daria, Helen, and Rose Ann to name a few. Reservation, concierge, housekeeping, and security personnel all providing the best of service with a personal touch…truly the definition of Excellence!
