- • The experience itself. We arrived and there was no bathrobe, slippers, shower gel, etc. The elevators are very slow, only 2 people for check-in in such a large hotel. The food at the pool is very good, but it takes too long. It seems like there is a lack of staff or they are not well trained. One day they did not make up our room, even though we called twice for it to be done
