- • We were guests there with a small dog and had to pay 50€ for the dog. With what justification? What costs does the dog incur?
This is not my first stay at this hotel and I hope it's not the last.
Breakfast was very good. The staff as well. A very nice and caring English-speaking manager was present all the time in the lower bar area, also during breakfast. He will find time for a short conversation with each guest. I work in a similar industry and I must rate his professionalism as exemplary.

Worth a visit, clean and beautiful but the price is high.
Beautiful location overlooking the lake, clean, and the staff are cooperative, especially the hotel manager.

- • After paying a significant breakfast, we found it odd to be asked for an extra charge to have a mini breakfast, not typical of a Sheraton.
Good hotel
Overall a good hotel. Clean, pleasant, and spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

- • Expectations from such a hotel are that there would be at least earplugs in the rooms and all the little things that make the stay pleasant and show consideration for the guest. In my opinion, the hotel is a bit far from the bustling center. Not terrible but...
